Sec.  80.471   Discontinuance or impairment of service.

   Except as specified in  Sec. 20.15(b)(3) of this chapter with respect to
   commercial mobile radio service providers, a public coast station must not
   discontinue or impair service unless authorized to do so by the Commission.
