Sec.  76.1209   Theft of service.

   Nothing in this subpart shall be construed to authorize or justify any use,
   manufacture, or importation of equipment that would violate 47 U.S.C. 553 or
   any other provision of law intended to preclude the unauthorized reception
   of multichannel video programming service.
