Sec.  0.506   FOIA and Privacy Act requests.

   Requests for declassification that are submitted under the provisions of the
   Freedom of Information Act, as amended, (See  Sec. 0.461), of the Privacy Act of
   1974, (See  Sec. 0.554) shall be processed in accordance with the provisions of
   those Acts.

Subpart E—Privacy Act Regulations

   303).
